Our President, W.E. Graham, Jr. received his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin prior to coming to W.E. Graham, Inc.  Mr. Graham has over twenty seven years of experience in the transportation industry.  Prior to working at W.E. Graham, Mr. Graham was an Accounting Supervisor for Kemmons-Wilson.  At W.E. Graham, he has worked as a driver, dispatch, maintenance manager, human resources, accounting manager/CFO, contract specialist, and fills any position on an as needed basis.

Our Chief Financial Officer, Deborah Graham, has been with W.E. Graham sixteen years.  She also received her Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Prior to working at W.E. Graham, Mrs. Graham worked eight years for Holiday Inns in multiple accounting departments such as consolidations, advertising, reservations, and fixed assets.  At one time, she owned a small micro-accounting firm that performed accounting services for local Memphis businesses.  At W.E. Graham, Mrs. Graham oversees the accounting department and handles our pension fund, accounts receivable, and all applicable taxes.

Our Operations Manager, Randy Bilek, has been with W.E. Graham five years and has been involved in the management of all aspects of operations, including dispatch, safety, route creation, human resource management, and maintenance administration.  He also has thirty years of experience in operations management in the commercial laundry industry.  Most of this was in off-site laundries requiring trucking operations.  The laundry industry is similar to mail operations in many ways, in that it requires trucking in large numbers of pieces, breaking them down and processing them, reassembling, and trucking them back out—all on a strict time schedule.  Mr. Bilek has an MBA in Operations Research & Management.

Our Finance and Accounting Manager, Jessica Graham, has been with W.E. Graham over one year and worked five summer internships.  Over the course of this time, she has served as administrative, human resources, and accounting assistant.  She currently manages accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and other data reconciliation.  Ms. Graham has an MBA in Finance and International Business.

Mr. Larry Smith, our Maintenance Technician, has many years experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance.  He has been with W.E. Graham for over twenty-five years.  He performs all truck and trailer repairs, parts orders, invoice, and inventory, and all maintenance records.

Ms. Brenda Ward has twenty-two years of administrative experience with W.E. Graham, Inc.  Ms. Ward serves numerous functions including phone operator, maintenance coordinator, data entry clerk including trip reports and driver’s logs, postal relations including badges, some HR functions, and secretary to Mr. Graham.
